House Rental Tariff

• US$175.00 (up to 8 guests)
• Peak: June to October &
  Australian School & Christmas Holidays:
  US$200.00 per night (up to 8 guests)
• Weekly: Please contact us for discounted Weekly rates
• FREE Airport transfers are provided (1 car) if staying a minimum of a week, otherwise the cost is US$50 per car for transfers.

Rental Booking Policy

• Bookings essential
• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Please make cheques payable to "Jane McIntosh."
• Accommodation serviced daily.
• Linen and towels provided.
• Check-in is at 4.00 pm unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
• Check-out is at 12 noon unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
• We have a single booking policy so you can be assured of complete privacy.
• Payment Methods: Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard

Cancellation Policy

We understand that under certain circumstances you may need to change your plans. Please be aware that cancellation fees do apply.

• 21 days prior to reservation - 15% of deposit
• 7-20 days prior to reservation - 50% of deposit
• less than 7 days prior to reservation - full deposit is forfeited.
